Last summer there was a PV series 6pm Wednesdays in the west hills, leaving from Bethany Village shopping center by the WaMu.

I've been missing hills in my riding, and I'd like to find them again.

Would anyone come out if I volunteered to organize Wednesdays again?

 I'm thinking this coming Wednesday (Aug. 6) would be a good start.

Routes would be pulled from the database from last year.

Hi Paul,

I used to be the ride leader for this but since I started racing on Monday nights I am unable. I'm sure there are a few people that would want to do these. We used to get 10-15 people every week. It would be great if you offered to be the ride leader for these. Let Matt D'Elia know and he should be able to get it put on the schedule. 

 First edition of the Wednesday West Hills Wanderer is tonight, 6pm at WaMu in Bethany village (corner of Bethany and Parc)

 We're rolling at 6pm.

 I wanted to start every week riding Wednesday evening in the hills.  But riding down steep hills in heavy rain doesn't sound fun.

 Unless someone replys to me they want to ride in the rain, I'll likely skip 8/20 West Hills Wanderer and try again next week.

Year-round cyclists can now call me a wuss...

 Wednesday Aug. 26 (that's tomorrow)

 I'll be departing at 6pm from WaMu in Bethany Village shopping center (Bethany Blvd & Parc)

 The plan is one of the hill rides in the database, probably around 2 hours.

 Perhaps I'll go up and over McNamee to US30 then back up the steep one.  But I'm open to suggestions.

Anyone wanting some hills is welcome to join me.  If you let me know you're coming it'll motivate me to get ready!

 I'll be at Bethany Village by WAMU at 6pm to go for a ride in the hills.  All are welcome to join me.

If you come, bring your blinky lights as it's starting to get dark before 8pm now.

Route will likely be something staying on the west side to maximize sunset light if possible.
