Have you gotten a notice that says it's time to renew your membership?  The email should have a link in it to take you to our membership management website.  

If you haven't received any emails from us in a while, chances are that you've changed your email address.  If this is the case, unfortunately it's not something we are informed about unless you tell us.  So here is what you need to do:

 GO to http://portlandvelocyclingclub.cloverpad.org/ and login. 

How do you login? 

- Use your email address as the login, and your last name (case-sensitive) as your password.  (You can change this once you are logged in).

- Click on "member login. Then click on "view profile".  Check to see that your information is correct.

- If your email address is not current, click on "edit profile".  Change any information you need to update, including your emergency contact information.  This is important!!!  It will ask if you have a waiver on file - remember the membership waivers we sent out in the mail a couple of months ago?  If you sent it back, choose "yes". If no - download the waiver form and mail it to us at

If you have changed your address, it's likely that the waiver form we mailed to you back in March has been returned.  Merely changing the information on your profile on our website doesn't change your information in our separate membership database simultaneously.  In the future we hope to have a more seamless membership management system that interfaces well with both our website / forums and the system we use to communicate via email.
